Shipping policy

All items are shipped from Canada using ground service unless customer chooses otherwise.  

Shipping rates calculated based on total weight in shopping cart at checkout.  Shipping charges includes applicable taxes.

Shipments outside of Canada be my subject to additional handling fees due to cross border documentation/requirements and included in the total shipping charge.

Please note that all items on one order may arrive in separate packages on different days.

** IMPORTANT: we cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties.  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.  These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
